Who is Jesus in my life?

 

Jesus is my guiding light in life. He is the one I always look up to when I ever I feel lonely and sad. He is always there to help me go to right path whenever I veer off course in life. He is the one I always thank for the blessings in my life and the one I search for inspiration, other than my parents.

How did I know him?

When I was 5 years old, my mother brought me to Baclaran Church one day. It was Baclaran day and my mother went there with me and taught me about Jesus for the first time. Ever since that day, I finally understood who Jesus is and believe that He is always by my side.

What are my experiences with him?

Once when I was eight years old, I was confined in a hospital due to bad case of diarrhea. I was stuck in the hospital and was very feverish. My mother always prayed every night for me to get better. Luckily after just a few days I was already ready to go home. The doctor was pleasantly surprised at my fast recovery but I knew that Jesus was watching over me and healed me.

Who are the people I led to God / Who are the people who led me to God?

The very first person who showed me to God was my parents who brought me to church. The teachers in high school and elementary also taught me a lot about God and gave me a better understanding of His greatness.

How did I lead them to God / How did they lead me to God?

My mother brought me with her to church every time she has the time to go there. She would sometimes tell me stories from the Bible and I was fascinated and made me want to learn more. My teachers at St. Stephen also taught me about the bible and gave me a deeper understanding about God and his Good News. Both my parents and my teachers helped me improve my relationship with God.

I have hope in you, my countrymen, that you will do your best to uplift the country in its current state.  I myself am also working hard to improve myself and be an outstanding citizen of this country. I hope that we can inspire the next generation to work hard for our country as well.

Dear Mother Earth,

I am here to represent all of humanity to say that we are very sorry for abusing you and that I hope that you can forgive us. I will promise you that we will make it up to you by being more environmentally friendly and that I will be more conservative. I will make sure that my fellow man will follow suit and help reverse the mistakes we have done that has ruined the environment.

First of all I want to say sorry for not going to the sunday mass every week , I also wanted to thank all of the churches because we can always go there any day to confess and pray

What are my hopes & dreams?

I have always dreamed of becoming a chef and setting up my own chain of restaurants.I also want to have a renowned clothing store. I have also hoped to bring prosperity to my family since we are not that rich and would like to give my parents a good life in exchange for the sacrifices that they have made to get me here. Also by setting up a restaurant, I hope to be able to give happiness to people through my cooking.Since I also love dressing up and clothes , it would be also good to set up a clothing store and satisfy the fashion cravings of both women and men. 

How do I see my life 10 years from now?

I see myself with an established business and a new home in ten years time. My parents have retired and are now living comfortably in our new house. My relationship with my siblings will have been stronger and hopefully find someone special in 10 years time.
